The judgment collection process

This process typically begins when a judge issues a judgment in favor of the judgment creditor, ordering the judgment debtor to pay a specific amount of money.
However, even after a court judgment has been issued, the judgment debtor may still refuse to pay the amount owed to the judgment creditor. This is where the enforcement of a judgment comes in. Collecting a judgment involves using various legal methods to enforce the court's judgment and compel the judgment debtor to pay the funds owed to the judgment creditor.
The judgment debtor may owe money to the judgment creditor as a result of a variety of legal disputes, such as breach of contract, personal injury, or property damage. The role of the court and parties involved
